I am late in posting my week 4 results
because I was disappointed
I was hope to hit the 10 lb mark
but I did not...
- .6lbs
I know it IS a loss
but it takes the wind out of your sails
when you think you did so well
then
I had a bad, bad week-end
I did not move at all
unless I can count pushing the cart
around the grocery store
then there was chocolate
PMS = chocolate
So we will see
what Thursday will bring
Thank you for all the support guys
it means the world!

Oh Lori,
Dont be disappointed....it's not like you've put any on.
I think that these plateaus happen, don't they and you see...next week you will lose some, I know it.
Enjoy the winter games. I've just been watching the skating. I love it. XXXX
I hear ya girlie. I'm on week 5 and have only lost 5-7 pounds. I say that because it keeps going up and down. So frustrating. I'm pmsing and that's just the worst. Keep on keepin' on! You will do this:)
Slow and steady, Lori...you will definitely do it...!! I haven't lost but a pound or two, but I am exercising daily now which is good thing for me.....I also, am enjoying the winter olympics! have a great day! xxoo :)
Lor - you are inspiring me, so please keep it up. I am going for a run this morning in the COLD (I feel a little guilty saying that when I know my cold is a wee bit different than your cold... :) ) which is so unlike me. If I can do this, you can definitely do this!!!
love to you,
xx
Don't feel bad, you lost and that is what counts (I gained .3 so you did better than I did).
I'll keep cheering you on!!!

Hang in there Lori....it is all a loss and 6lbs is really great...I'd take it!
Next week you will see a difference again, I am sure of it!
Good work sweetie! xoxo
Lori you really did GREAT! I'm so proud of you.
Have a great day. ~Melissa :)
I think that you are doing a great job! Slipping every now and then is not such a bad thing. Once you get over it you just pick yourself up and dust off. I wish that I had half your drive to lose weight!
I love your blog!!! You are doing such a tremendous job! I know it can be frustrating - but everyday and every choice counts! Keep up the great work!!!
