Thursday Thoughts

Keep calm and carry on should be the quote I post today.

It has been a different kind of week
I have been out of sorts

I feel like I am in a rut

stuck deep in the mud

I want to climb out
and get some stuff done

I have to change some things
find some energy
I feel so drained

Now I am whining
maybe I need some wine??

My long range plan will start this week-end
I have something up my sleeve
to get me out of my funk

I hope I follow through
and listen to my heart.

Oh I know what you mean, sometimes it is difficult to pull yourself out of a rut. Hope you will share whats in store.

I think we all feel that way at times, i get that way this time of the year when the seasons change and I literally have to pull myself up by the boot straps...

I know where you are coming from. I been feeling in a rut lately also. I am slowly getting bored with what I have going on. It seems boring. I think I need a spark of something to get me going. To feel excited about starting a new project instead of just dreading it.

I can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve though!

I felt like that today (actually for several days) I prayed that God would just direct my day and I ended up painting several pieces of furniture and fixing the sweetest little doll beds!! Turned out to be a great day.

One thing that I know about my body is that what I eat is how I feel. I have been on a sugar and carb binge lately and this really drags my little energy that I have down.
