Well
I do not have good news
there will be no celebrations this week
and you know what
I knew it before I went in
I think this little monster got to me
since I missed last week
I was lax this week
did not journal my meals
or snacks
had a few things
I did not need
and portion control
was not my friend
I am up
0.8 lbs
I do have
some good news though
I worked out on Wed & Fri night
and my Wii lady tells me
I am down 2 lbs
I am moving
I can do it
I WILL get there.

Don't get down girl. There are weeks like that. I will go 2 weeks at a time or more where I won't lose a thing, and then all of a sudden I'll lose 4 pounds!
So keep on keepin' on. You also started exercising and sometimes there can be a slight gain at first. Have a great weekend Lori:)

Dear Lori,
You are still doing fine...don't worry, and, if you are down 2lbs via the Wii, you've done well this week.
I heard that, if you deprive yourself of the 'naughty things', then it never works. You are allowed to treat yourself now and again and, you are not always going to lose something every week.
....and, don't forget that you've been doing lots more exercise and, you've probably built more muscle, which weighs more. You're doing great, Lori. XXXX
It takes some downs to appreciate the ups! Don't get discouraged! I been dieting for a week now and gained 2 pounds! You are doing fantastic! I do have some advice for you though. If you are using a workout routine with dieting, take your measurements. When you weigh in, also retake your measurements. Muscle weighs more than fat. So if the scale says you have gained, you probably haven't. If you see a decrease in the inches, you have toned. Sometimes the scale can be deceiving like that and most weight loss advisors will not tell you to do that.

You're doing great, Lori by just moving and getting some exercise in. You have definitely motivated me. I hoped on the bicycle today and went for a ride (just a few miles, but it's a start..) I really haven't lost any weight yet, but I have hope, and I'll keep plugging away at it...Have a great weekend! xxoo:)
I didn't lose this week either, I didn't gain either so I guess that is the upside.

Ok...I have lost over 55 lbs. It took me 10 years of being mad at myself to do this ...go one day at a time....it is ok, all is ok.
You WILL get there. You are totally right. I love your attitude! Keep up the good work.
