Week 2

Tonight I walked into the meeting
with a spring in my step

I thought I had a fantastic week
I moved...

maybe not as much as I could have
but I did m o v e

I was slightly disappointed
when she said

-1 pound

then I thought
hey
a pound is a lot

pick up a pound of butter
so I will not be discouraged
but I will try harder

next week is another week
right?

right!

A minus pound is wonderful. Don't forget, it wasn't a + pound.
You have lost that heavy pack of butter. Isn't that great ?
I think that you are going great guns and should be really pleased. ....and , you should always loose weight slowly anyway. That's what those in the know say.

YAY Lori!!!
I have to tell you that any loss is a loss and it's good. Last week I only lost .5 and that was VERY discouraging but this week I did much better and was so much happier.
I am still here cheering you on!

girl, it is one pound that is gone and that you never have to see again! losing weight slowly is actually better for keeping it off so don't feel discouraged - be proud of yourself! I am proud of you~

That is fantastic! Good for you! The best way is to lose it slowly. If you lose too much too fast it is very unhealthy. A pound is a pound. I think it is quite alot! I can't even loose 1 pound.
