Day 27 ~ A Letter

A letter to my readers,,,,

Dear friends,

This is a note to thank you for all that you do for me.  

I sit and type away on this page, take pictures, gather them from Pinterest and put them together and hit publish.  Then you take time out of your busy days to stop in and actually read my words ~ and then leave comments too!  

I have said it before and I will say it again and again ~ the friendships that I have made through blogging are ones that I cherish.  Although I realize that because of my location ~ meeting most of you in person is not in the cards ~ but that does not deter me from  getting to know you better and nurturing these relationships.

So thank you for your friendship ~ thank you for sticking with me and thank you for still caring what I do day to day and week to week.

and I will tell you ~ it was hard to choose

The Bottom of the Ironing Basket

is written by my sweet girl Simone

this is almost like a little but of cheating because I have been with her since the 

beginning ~ we knew each other before the land of blogging

but I still love it when I see a new post up from her

she is like a long distance sister

to me and I know in my heart that one day we will meet in person

Lou, Boos and Shoes

is another Brit in the form of Louise

I love how she lays it all out there ~ her writing makes me smile

and she finds the prettiest photos to accompany her words

The Lettered Cottage

is written by Layla and Kevin Palmer

and they are the cutest little couple ever

they just bought a new house and are making it their own

the work they did in their old place was swoon worthy

and they are in the midst of adopting a baby ~ so much going on for them

visits to their blog and IG feed are eye candy

Flower Patch Farmgirl

is written by Shannan

and don't let her fool you ~ she is a writer

some of her posts I snort laugh through

then others I sit back and go wow

Kim is the person that encouraged me to start blogging

I have proclaimed my love for her in the past

and she is a dear dear friend as well

I love finding local blogs and I found Michelle through a recipe on Pinterest

I will tell you ~ I have not been disappointed

I have been reading Cathi

since I first starting blogging ~ it is one of my go to places

and there are so many others that I love

even when life takes over and blogging takes a back seat

I get excited when I see a post from Mikal, Jane, Jackie or Lissa

Day 5 ~ Bloggy Love

On day 5 of the blogger challenge

you must publicly profess your love to 

one of your blogger friends

there are so many people that I could choose from

after kicking around these parts for going on 4 years

I have professed love here before for 2 bloggers

that were friends before our blogging days ~ girls that I have never

actually met ~ but love with all my heart

then there are those that are my "go to" places

ones that I never want to miss a post

I decided today to choose 2 wonderful ladies

one that I have read and has been with me

since the beginning

and one that I have just found recently

and has become one of my favourite places to go

I am not sure how I came upon Farmgirl Paints ~ but I was drawn to her

from the very beginning

what I love about Becky is her love ~ she loves big

her chicks and her honey

she is vibrant ~ colouful ~ creative

her art and her photos are gorgeous

and her faith spills over into her posts

she makes me smile

see ~ creative!

Her Etsy shop is open right now if you want a cuff

you will not be disappointed ~ I just ordered my 2nd one!

I found her through a link on another blog

and I am so happy that I clicked on it

Leslie writes the most thought provoking posts

that I find I want to go back and read and reread them

like this one here

and I love it when that happens

and she leaves me the best comments ~ ha!
