I was sitting in a restaurant
waiting for an order to take to Mom
and it was written on a little recipe card
stuck in the top of the condiment rack
I grabbed my grocery list
flipped it over
pen out of ink
awk!

and wrote it down
I should have posted it yesterday

Love that quote. You and Jackie come up with the most clever quotes. I am now thinking that I should come up with something cute to put this by my staircase.

ReplyDeleteYep I have a book called "Just enough light for the step I'm on". I think that's the title. Stepping out in faith is scary, but that's why it's called faith...trusting in the unseen.

ReplyDeleteAren't quotes great ? Whenever I read a good one , it sticks in my mind all day and I seem to try and live by it. They really do affect my life, not overly dramatically, but they just set a tiny little spark off in me. That was a bit rambling but, you get the gist!! XXXX
